I cannot sign in
Use the same email or connected Apple or Google account you used to join. If you signed up by email, open the newest verification email first. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived.
Open sign in. Choose Forgot password to request a fresh reset link. Links expire after 30 minutes.
Where is my saved brief?
Open Home and choose Open appointment brief. A visit moves into Previous visits after you save its after-visit plan. Make sure you are signed into the same account.
In the free preview, saved visits stay in the browser where you created them. Clearing that browser’s data removes preview visits.
How do I share a brief?
Open your brief, then choose Download & print. Download PDF saves a file directly. Share PDF opens your device’s share menu when supported and downloads a file otherwise. You decide who receives it. Review it before sharing.
My changes have not synced
Keep the page open and choose Retry sync. Your saved changes remain on this device until they reach your account. Do not clear browser data while a sync warning is showing.
How do I cancel renewal?
Open Settings, then Manage subscription and invoices. Cancellation stops future renewal; your account shows when the current access period ends.
Contact support
For access, account, or product-support questions, email support@peribrief.com.
For product ideas or general experience feedback, use the private “Help us improve” form inside your PeriBrief workspace or email support@peribrief.com.
Subscription changes, invoices, payment-method updates, and cancellation are available through the secure billing portal in Settings. For a billing problem that cannot be resolved there, contact support without including card numbers or medical information.
Please do not include symptoms, medications, clinician names, appointment records, attachments, or other medical details in email.
PeriBrief support cannot provide medical advice. Contact a qualified clinician for care questions and local emergency services for urgent help.
