Delete your PeriBrief account

Last updated September 14, 2026

You can delete your PeriBrief account and saved workspace from the website, iOS app, or Android app. You do not need to reinstall an app to make the request.

Delete from the website

  1. Sign in with the same email, Apple account, or Google account you used for PeriBrief.
  2. If you have a paid subscription, open Settings and choose Manage subscription and invoices to turn off renewal. You can delete your account once cancellation is scheduled; you do not have to wait for the paid year to end.
  3. In Settings, choose Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion.

Delete from the app

Open PeriBrief, select Settings, then Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account or stop a subscription.

If you cannot sign in

You can request a password reset, or email support@peribrief.com to request account deletion. Send the request from your account email where possible. We will verify ownership before deleting the account. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical information, or copies of your briefs.

What is deleted

Confirmed deletion removes your PeriBrief account, encrypted saved workspace, sign-in sessions, linked sign-in records, preferences, reminders, and account-linked tester access. Free-brief and first-visit campaign milestones are also removed. The website clears its local working copy when deletion succeeds.

Finish removing Apple sign-in access

If your deletion confirmation asks you to remove Apple access manually, your PeriBrief data has still been deleted. Follow these steps to remove the remaining Apple connection:

  1. Sign in at your Apple Account.
  2. Open Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple.
  3. Select PeriBrief and follow the steps to stop access. If Apple groups several Good Guys Labs apps, review which apps are affected before confirming.

Read Apple's instructions.

What may remain

Files you downloaded or shared remain wherever you saved or sent them. Database recovery copies remain until the provider's recovery window expires. Minimal billing, payment, fraud-prevention, and commission records may be retained for reconciliation and legal obligations; retained partner records do not contain your name, email, health information, or workspace content. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention details.

Deletion is permanent and ends access to your saved records, including any remaining paid access. Confirming deletion also ends a subscription already scheduled for cancellation immediately, so it cannot restart after your account is removed. It does not automatically issue a refund. For a billing concern, contact support before confirming deletion.
