Terms for using PeriBrief

The service

PeriBrief is an appointment-organization and follow-through tool provided by Good Guys Labs LLC. Features may evolve, but any material subscription terms are presented before purchase.

No medical service

PeriBrief organizes information for healthcare conversations. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, provide emergency help, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.

Your responsibility

Review every summary for accuracy before sharing it. Do not rely on the service for urgent or time-sensitive medical decisions.

Subscription, renewal, and cancellation

The advertised PeriBrief plan is $8 per month, billed as one $96 annual payment before applicable tax. Paid access renews automatically each year at the price shown during Stripe Checkout until cancelled. Stripe Checkout shows the exact amount and renewal terms before you pay. You can review invoices, update a payment method, or cancel through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase your local browser data. Taxes may be added where required. Any refunds are handled under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit another person’s health information without authority, or use PeriBrief to provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Good Guys Labs LLC may suspend access needed to protect users or the service.

Complimentary testing access

Good Guys Labs LLC may grant selected testers time-limited PeriBrief access without a payment method or subscription. Testing access is personal to the invited email address, may not be transferred, and may be revoked or allowed to expire. It does not create a paid renewal.

Account and data deletion

Settings provides separate controls to erase PeriBrief data from the current browser and to delete an eligible production account. Clearing a browser does not delete the encrypted account vault, and signing in again restores it. Account deletion permanently deletes that vault and the account records under our control. Cancel an active subscription before deleting the production account so billing does not continue without an accessible account.
