Terms for using PeriBrief

The service

PeriBrief is an appointment-organization and follow-through tool provided by Good Guys Labs LLC. Features may evolve, but any material subscription terms are presented before purchase.

No medical service

PeriBrief organizes information for healthcare conversations. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, provide emergency help, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.

Your responsibility

Review every summary for accuracy before sharing it. Do not rely on the service for urgent or time-sensitive medical decisions.

Subscription, renewal, and cancellation

$8/month - billed annually

Your first personal Appointment Brief is free to prepare, save, reopen, and download. Annual membership includes follow-up tools, check-ins, reminders, and visit history. The annual charge is $96 before applicable tax. Paid access renews automatically each year at the price shown during Stripe Checkout until cancelled. Stripe Checkout shows the exact amount and renewal terms before you pay. You can review invoices, update a payment method, or cancel through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal. After paid access ends, existing records remain available to read and download; editing and new membership features require an active membership. Taxes may be added where required.

If membership isn't right for you, email support within 15 days of your first annual charge for a full refund. Renewals can be turned off anytime in Settings. Renewal charges are not covered by this 15-day window unless required by applicable law.

3-month pass

When offered, the 3-month pass costs $29 as a one-time charge for 90 days of membership access from payment, with no renewal or payment method saved for renewal. The pass has the same 15-day refund window: email support within 15 days of the pass charge for a full refund. During an active pass, its $29 payment is credited toward the first annual charge: pay $67 to upgrade to a $96 annual membership, then $96/year unless cancelled. The annual access year starts when you upgrade and replaces the pass. Partner discounts apply to annual membership only and cannot be combined with the upgrade credit. After the pass ends, saved records remain available to read and download.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit another person’s health information without authority, or use PeriBrief to provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Good Guys Labs LLC may suspend access needed to protect users or the service.

Complimentary testing access

Good Guys Labs LLC may grant selected testers time-limited PeriBrief access without a payment method or subscription. Testing access is personal to the invited email address, may not be transferred, and may be revoked or allowed to expire. It does not create a paid renewal.

Account and data deletion

Settings provides separate controls to erase PeriBrief data from the current browser and to delete an eligible production account. Clearing a browser does not delete the encrypted account vault, and signing in again restores it. Account deletion permanently deletes that vault and the account records under our control. Cancel an active subscription before deleting the production account so billing does not continue without an accessible account.
